Wagamama’s Nottingham – New Menu

Wagamama’s New Menu!

Wagamama’s has been an all time favourite of mine, the one place where you are over come with cravings for it as soon as someone mentions it, a group of us always used to go when we were back in school for a Katsu Curry. So when I was invited to try out their new menu it didn’t take long for me to respond to that email. I took my younger sister a long for a week night treat as she’d always heard me bang on about how good it is but had not yet had the chance to try it for herself.

It was a small group of bloggers and PR that were invited so it made the event more intimate and its safe to say we were spoilt, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and had great suggestions over new dishes we had to try which definitely lived up to their recommendations. We also got a sneak behind the scenes to see the prep, love and laughter that goes in to every dish.

The restaurant has had a make over too, giving it a fresher look with new tables and chairs, which looked great but without losing the style we associate with Wagamama’s and love.

What we ate –

To drink – Prosecco and freshly squeezed tropical juice.

To start we shared, edamame with salt, bang bang cauliflower and lollipop prawn kushiyaki.

Mains – I had the Chicken and Prawn Pad Thai and my sister had the vegetarian version.

Desert – The Coconut Reika

All the dishes were so full of flavour. They also cater for vegetarians and vegans as well as having gluten free options.

Location – Nottingham –┬áThe Cornerhouse, Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4DB.

We had such a great evening, there was so much choice on the new menu but all the classics were still available and the hospitality of all the staff was great, we are already planning our next visit.

We were gifted this meal, but all reviews and opinions are my own.
